Our in-house support service ranges from telephone support to field-based trainers and engineers, ensuring that any issues or faults are dealt with quickly and effectively. On average, EMIS resolves 72 per cent of faults on the same day they are reported.

All developments, updates and software upgrades are included as standard within the annual support cost. This combined with our highly competitive support fees make EMIS a cost effective yet comprehensive EMR system.
