EMIS incorporates an integrated medical record module that allows a definitive medical information page for each patient to be created and held electronically within your complete EMR system.

Registration

System prompts and a clear registration page ensure that all necessary medical information and history are recorded for each new patient. A new medical record is automatically created on completion of patient registration.

The EMIS system is designed to ensure that data is only ever entered once, and then populated throughout the modules of your EMR system, so there is no need to duplicate any patient data.

Patient selection

Finding a patient is simple. Users can enter any data held within the patient registration data fields to create a picking list. In addition to the patient’s name, address, age and date of birth, a précis of the selected patient is displayed with further registration data.
