Alerts Manager

The intelligent Alerts Manager is an alerts system that notifies the user when action needs to take place on a particular patient. This proactively maximises the quality of care for that patient.

Alerts can appear when the patient schedules an appointment, when viewing the patient’s EMR, or at the start of a consultation, depending on the individual preference of your clinic.

For example, if a patient telephones to schedule an appointment, and the receptionist sees an alert message to show that they require a BP check, they can also schedule the patient in to see the nurse for the check 10 minutes before they are due to see the physician. This assists in clinic management and enables clinics to enhance the level of care offered to patients.
