EMIS INC. AND REGENT HEALTHCARE ANNOUNCE UNION OF PATIENT CARE SYSTEM & SMART-SERIES PROFESSIONAL

Edmonton, Alberta & New Westminster, British Columbia - 10 December 2007 - EMIS Inc. and Regent Healthcare are pleased to announce that they have completed the interfacing of EMIS Inc.’s Patient Care System (PCS) and Regent’s Smart-Series Professional application for delivery to BC-based physicians. The interfaced solution will allow those physicians wishing to leverage the power of EMIS Inc’s PCS to manage all clinical aspects of their patient’s care, while continuing to use Regent’s Smart-Series Professional system to schedule appointments, submit claims, and receive remuneration as they have been doing.
